Mobile Security Patrols
Industrial, warehousing buildings, leisure and retail sites to mention a few, require continuing bespoke security during non trading hours. With mobile patrols at times agreed by our clients your piece of mind being improved along with possible insurance costs being reduced this immediately becomes an attractive and affordable way of maintaining a security presence.
Our Mobile Patrol officers go through rigorous training to understand the importance and safety aspects of mobile patrolling. This training includes an in depth introduction to the specifications requested by clients, which will also include special instructions regarding specific security risks your business or site faces on a daily basis.
Each patrol is monitored by the use of the latest security patrol monitoring system. The monitoring system consists of stations strategically placed at agreed positions around the building, warehouse, leisure or retail site. The patrol monitoring system records the rounds of each guard when the data recorder is positioned over the aforementioned station. Once all patrols are complete the data is downloaded and reports are checked by GRS1 Management on a daily basis. Copies of theses reports will be emailed to the client on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, which will be agreed prior to commencement of duties.
The Mobile Patrol Officers are also subject to frequent but irregular checks by Mobile Patrol Supervisors/Management, during their inspection and patrols of your premises. An internal GRS1 audit will be carried out on the officer to ensure the clients are getting the best service available and to initiate any further training if required.
In addition for your added peace of mind we can also offer additional services to our clients (additional costing available on request). These include:
Locking & Unlock Premises
Arming & Disarming Alarms
Gate & Barrier Opening
These areas have proved increasingly popular over recent years enabling the client to reduce the need to provide additional keys, disclose crucial alarm codes, paying employees to start work earlier and avoiding the need to do further risk assessments for loss of keys, intruders and lone working.
